Without Copyright – A definition

NRH Photography grants all private individuals the following rights regarding ‘without copyright’ purchased photographs:

All photographs may be used freely for non-profit, personal purposes (computer wallpaper, computer screensaver, personal prints etc).

Reproduction for personal, non-profit use only (e.g scans of prints, printouts from CDs) is also permitted. 

Publication on any website, magazine, book, advertising etc, will require written permission from NRH Photography Ltd and must be credited to 'NRH Photography'.

Published photos may be subject to additional copyright licensing fees.

The above permissions are reflected in the standard pricing of the photos.

With Copyright – A definition

NRH Photography grants all businesses the following rights regarding purchased photographs:

Photographs purchased specifically with the intention to promote business, increase sales, advertise services or for use on corporate material such as leaflets, business cards, websites of the purchaser/business will need to be purchased ‘with copyright’ (a non-exclusive multiple use copyright licence is automatically granted for each photograph purchased ‘with copyright’).
 
This additional freedom is reflected in the increased price per photograph.

All published photos must be credited to 'NRH Photography'.

Failure to comply with the above not only violates NRH Photography's regulations it also breaks the law of the United Kingdom.

N.B. All Photographs purchased prior to 31/03/09 remain subject to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and must be credited to 'NRH Photography' when published.
